We have developed our own 'Star framework' based on our years of experience in the Enterprise Architecture Planning and Management area.

STAR framework

• Decompose complex multifaceted enterprise problems into different stakeholder's viewpoints (Strategy, Business, Security, Information, Technology, and Organization- People & Roles).
• Represent loosely coupled viewpoints into a Solution Architecture by combining and aligning requirements, principles, models, goals, processes, and services.
• Provide Solution Architecture to instantiate the target architecture.
• Provide EA Strategy and Planning for migration.
